What areas do you service?
We currently serve Plano, Addison, and surrounding cities. If you're unsure if you're within our service range, just reach out!
Do I need a lab order to book a blood draw?
Yes. At this time, we provide mobile collections for clients who already have a lab order from their healthcare provider. We also accept specialty lab kits (such as hormone, allergy, or wellness kits) as long as all necessary instructions and materials are included.
How do I prepare for my lab draw?
After booking, you'll receive a prep guide with instructions. This includes any necessary fasting, hydration tips, or timing suggestions based on your lab order.
Where do you deliver samples?
We securely deliver samples to labs such as Ques, LabCorp, or other specialty labs depending on your provider's request.
Is there a mobile convenience fee?
Yes. A travel and convenience fee applies to all appointments. This fee covers travel time, and setup for our certified phlebotomist to come to your home, office, or preferred location.
How soon will I receive results?
This depends on the test. Standard blood work results are typically ready within 1-3 business days. Specialty testing may take longer.
